Chicks. I dig 'em. I like lookin' at them. I like talkin' to 'em. I'm married to one. My mom was one, in fact. Back in the day, she fancied herself quite the Feminist, too. Still does, but to a lesser degree as she's gotten older and arguably wiser. Needless to say, our discussions are usually a bit lively and loud. Imagine Martha Stewart's stature and poise with a Bea Arthur mouth and you've got my Mom. In other words, she can be a real bitch sometimes. Don't get me wrong, I love her like she's my Mother, but, oy vay, it get's a bit old. I can only take her in small doses. She checks in here from time to time to see what my particular rant-du-jour is and then we'll "talk" on the phone. She knows better to take me on when it comes to most issues, though, because I've laid the smack down on her so many times she knows she'll never win, but her Feminist indoctrination has taught her to at least try to fight it. Why does she lose? Same reason I lose many of my Internet chess games, I make the same mistakes and don't learn from them; she always falls back on her crutch of "moral relativism," "there are no absolutes," etc. At that point it's easy to just wrap her up in her own words and push her down. (I'll give you the key points to beating a moral relativist later, I promise.)

Speaking of Feminist indoctrination.........I know I mentioned this one about a month ago, but I really feel strongly that this whole concept of "Women's Studies" needs to be fully exposed for the total crock of steaming shit that it really is. Read that article. I like the fact that a woman researched it thoroughly and wrote it. I think it does a fair job of exposing the turd that is "Women's Studies." I can almost smell it.
