Someone actually e-mailed me about that list and took offense to my dislike of cats, and that it's a sign of my insensitivity as a human that I don't respect animal rights, blah, blah, blah. Typical cat huggin' crap.

Especially, with a light white wine lemon butter sauce, when the cat is nice and lean.....mmmmmm, nothin' better.
